The Royal Irish Constabulary Revolver 1867 Adopted by the Royal Irish Constabulary in 1867, this solid frame, single and double action revolver became known as the RIC model. A pair was presented to Brevet Major General George A Custer by Lord Berkeley in 1869, and when General Custer died at the Battle of the Little Bighorn, his Webley revolvers were at this side.
